We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover - we also accept PayPal, Personal Checks and Money Orders. Please note, we no longer take American Express.

Low Price Guarantee:

Nehemiah Bible Software works hard to make sure we have the lowest prices available.  If you find a lower price on the same item that we carry, please let us know.  We will match the price for you.

PLEASE NOTE: Some publishers require dealers to maintain a certain minimum price.  For example, Logos Scholar's Library may not legally be sold for less than our price, $472.46.  Because we cannot contractually lower a price below that publisher's minimum price, we cannot match any price that is lower, should someone be offering it.  Please be aware that if you purchase software from a anyone selling below the manufacturer's minimum price, the software is most likely used, stolen, pirated or it will not function after the initial 30 day registration period.  If you have any questions about these policies, please contact us or the publisher directly.  Caveat Emptor.

Return Policy:

All products at Nehemiah Bible Software may be returned within 30 days for a full refund unless otherwise stated in the product's description.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return your product IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING and include a note letting us know why you are returning it.  Please specify if you would like a refund or if you are returning defective merchandise and would like a replacement.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Nehemiah Bible Software.

Refunds will be issued once product is in receipt of Nehemiah Bible Software.  Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment.

Some products may carry a warranty beyond 30 days.  If your product becomes defective at that point, please contact us.  We will help you get an exchange under warranty.
